Problem Solving – Seats on a Bus
by: Staff

Answer:

Total seats = seats on right side + seats on left side

Total seats = (12 rows)*(1 seat per row) + (12 rows)*(2 seats per row)

Total seats = (12 seats) + (24 seats)

Total seats = 36 seats

>>> the final answer: 36 seats

Write your answer in a complete sentence:

The bus has 36 seats.
